How it works:
- Enter raffle:

- Ensure you meet the eligibility criteria (details below).
- Assessment of target and controls:
- Entering participants will be contacted by Dr. Oliv Eidam.
- Confidentiality agreements will be exchanged.
- After exchange of target and positive controls, we will assess their suitability for a large-scale docking screen.
- We will discuss the assessment with you and decide whether it makes sense to run a large-scale docking screen on your target.
- Raffle Draw:
- A winner will be randomly selected and announced on September 30, 2024.
- Consultation and Docking Screen:
- The winner will receive personalized consulting from Dr. Oliv Eidam: the package includes target analysis, control experiments, docking, evaluation and selection of molecules, plus time for meetings and data sharing.
- We will perform a comprehensive large-scale docking screen, compute at least 1 million molecules, and suggest molecules for purchasing and testing.
- Additional molecules can be screened at the winner’s cost.
Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Open to researchers and organizations in the field of drug discovery.
- Participants must commit to purchase and assay at least 20 hits after screen. Expected purchasing costs are $100 per molecule. Results of assays are to be shared with CADD Consulting.
- Participants must provide a suitable protein sequence and positive controls. Suitable protein sequence/structure and positive controls are ingredients to make a large-scale docking screen successful. Sequence and controls are to be shared via secure protocols in the second step, e.g. assessment of target and controls.
- Entry Period:
- The raffle can be entered from June 19 to August 16, 2024.
- Late entries will not be accepted.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified via email and announced on our website and social media channels (if agreed).
- Prize Details:
- The prize includes a large-scale docking screen, and $15,000 worth of consulting.
